PPC 101 Challenge - Let's use some mists!

A happy Friday to You!  We're hosting another challenge over at Playing in Paradise and this one is a lot of fun!  Jessie has challenged us to get out our mists and play with them!

For my card, I used my Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists in Midnight Blue, Cosmos Pink, and Leapfrog, to create a background mat.  First I stamped my image with Pink Azalea Silks Acrylic Glaze, which then acted as a resist to the mists.  The two products together, produced a beautiful glimmering shine on a piece of paper torn from an old book.

I then stamped the same image onto a piece of white cardstock and sprayed it with Tattered Angels Abominable Snowman, so that it too had a bit of shimmer.

Please be sure and try out our Playing in Paradise challenge this week.  There is lots of inspiration from the rest of the talented design team and a wonderful prize package of
"Hello Cupcake" Stamps, Sticker, Die Cut and Paper worth $25 is up for grabs.
You have until noon MST, next Thursday, January 31st to get your entry in.

You could be the lucky winner!
