We got a taste of spring early this week, but there is more snow in the forecast for tomorrow. :( So, seeing lovely spring flowers like this is balm for my soul. :)

Thanks for the step-by-step photos. I know it's time-consuming to take the photos, but I really love to see someone's process. At least you will see all the pretty cherry and apple blossoms that line the streets and fall like pink snow :).

Love your project, all the details are stunning :) I can't wait to see all the projects you continue to make.Notes by Ninahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05366379178171663519noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5611636650372425618.post-66603845262993035092013-04-26T11:36:37.222-06:002013-04-26T11:36:37.222-06:00Stunning canvas, Linda! Thanks for sharing your process :) I don't think you will get as much of a white wash effect with the picket fence stain unless you are ready with your heat gun to dry it before it has a chance to completely soak in the paper. I love your colour choices and embellishments (esp. the reclycling :) ). I've just been sitting here taking in all the gorgeous details.

Hope you are having a wonderful time and enjoying the beautiful spring weather in Victoria.

Hugs, DawnDawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08320266283908876396noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5611636650372425618.post-33211992812111433952013-04-26T11:07:32.895-06:002013-04-26T11:07:32.895-06:00And now you're in Victoria, which is like havi...And now you're in Victoria, which is like having spring land on you fully-formed! And you know I'll still be following you & coming to visit!
Jessi Foganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18263614174344089441noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5611636650372425618.post-19704748017503879722013-04-26T06:58:16.687-06:002013-04-26T06:58:16.687-06:00Interesting process Linda, I did wonder how you ch...Interesting process Linda, I did wonder how you changed the hue on those papers. thanks for this challenge.fairyrockshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03955508856112972006noreply@blogger.com
